This week's INSITE update focuses on enhancements to Profile Records and Search functionality.
Updates include:
- Consistent terminology throughout profile records
- More complete demographic information and updated NCIC codes
- Contact information combined into a single tab for easier access
- Search results displayed directly below search criteria, making it easier to refine searches and find the right record
With the launch of INSITE, all users will be required to use Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to access the system. This added layer of security helps protect sensitive criminal justice data and aligns with federal CJIS Security Policy requirements.
